4. Scoring Methodology

Our overall street scores (0-100) are weighted composites of nine dimensions: safety, daily access, transport, environment, market value, family, energy efficiency, flood risk, and walkability. The methodology is transparent but subjective in its weighting choices.

Scores are relative benchmarks, not absolute judgements. A lower score does not mean a street is "bad" — it means it scored lower on the specific metrics we measure.

Our content: The Streetary name, logo, website design, scoring algorithms, and editorial content are our intellectual property.

Third-party data: We display data from the sources listed above under their respective licences. Contains OS data © Crown copyright and database right. Contains HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright. OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial research. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content beyond what is necessary for search engine indexing
